An imaginary medicine ad wrapped around the tragic events at planet Istvaan V, which culminated in the act of fratricide, as the duel between Fulgrim and Ferrus Manus ended in a beheadment of the latter.
This is just a puny personal fan project inspired by the Warhammer 40k.
